  Supposed to have a consultation today, the gentlemen came to my door, DIDNT EVEN KNOCK, put a slip between my screen door and inside door and left. As I opened the door to flag him down, he drove away. Called the office to see what was going on... NO ANSWER AND NO RETURNED CALL. CANNOT RELY ON THIS COMPANY AT ALL.
  
  Ashley in the office, who has major attitude by the way, called me back hours later to tell that "She talked to the exterminator and he did show up. Call us back if you want to reschedule" Yeah, he did show up. 15 minutes late, and had no courtesy to check out what was going on in our house. My husband decided to call back and apparently spoke with the Owner who stated he didnt want to call us to tell us he was running late becuase it was 7am in the morning. Uhh.. you scheduled an appointment with us at 7am, dont you think we were awake to let you in?
  
  Long story short... do NOT use this company. Owner doesnt care about his customers, and runs a crappy business. Do yourself a favor and do research before asking someone to come to your home. I called these guys out of sheer panic and look how that turned out.
