  The absolute WORST nail salon service I've ever received!!!!!! If appointment it does not matter, they do not care, they make you wait as if you were a walk in. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE I DID!!!!!!!

  My wife waited for almost 2 hours while staff let her feet sit in freezing cold water providing little to no service. She even had to plead with someone to bring her a towel so she could leave! There was no one else waiting and zero apology from employees who could seem absolutely indifferent from wasting two hours of her day. Let's get rid of these shill reviews and start posting real experiences at this place. I don't have an axe to grind with these guys.. it's a nail salon and I'm a guy.. but when I have to hear it from my wife because these guys do not care about their customers then they are going to get a negative review every time. Avoid this place. There are lots of others to choose from in the area. The staff here represent not only some of the worst in the industry, but lack human decency and compassion .
